How we work
From brief to mass production, step by step.
Every project runs through the same five stages, with clear deliverables and a decision point at the end of each. You always know what happens next and what we need from you.

The process
Five stages, one accountable team.
Phase
Order (phases overlap)
01
Brief & feasibility
4–6 weeks
You share the idea, target users and market. We review feasibility, recommend a platform or a custom route, and flag technical risks early.
02
Definition & quotation
We agree the product definition: features, connectivity, sensors, design direction and cost targets. You receive a quotation covering MOQ, NRE and lead time.
03
Design & engineering
Industrial design, hardware, antenna, firmware, app and cloud work run in parallel, with regular reviews against the agreed definition.
04
Prototypes & validation
Working samples go through functional, reliability and field testing. We coordinate certification testing for your target markets; scope is confirmed per project.
05
Pilot run & production
A pilot run confirms the production process before mass production, followed by after-sales support.

Timeline is confirmed per project.
Getting started
